Currys PC World apologises for added charges on laptops

Currys PC World has apologised after customers complained these were pressured into paying as much as £40 in set-up costs for a new laptop.

Consumer group Which? mentioned 108 customers had documented being given no selection but to pay the excess amount when they gathered their laptop.
