Chad Hahn, Founder & CEO

Chad Hahn brings over a decade of research and experience in software develpoment,programming and business develpoment to the Square One team.

A native of Jordantown. Texas, a small community of about 2000 people, Chad moved to Los Angeles after graduating Magna Cum Laude from Trinity University in San Antonio with degress in finance and computer science. With him, he brought a passion for web design and software development. Early in his career, Chad worked for a major accounting firm while concurrently pursuing his interest in working for an e-design firm. He served major clients such as ActiVision and the Salvation Army during his tenure in accounting. shortly thereafter, and having experienced various career opportunities in media, design, finance and other business ventures, Chad started Square One Solutions, Inc. with his business partner Doris Mao Lin.

Chad is a member of the advisory board in the Department of Computer Science at Santa Monica College.

Doris Mao Lin

Doris Mao Lin brings over a decade of experience in new media and graphic design services to the Sqaure One team.

Born and raised in Hong Kong, Doris moved with her family to the United State at the age of 13. Her foundational passions for creatve arts and art history launched her first successful startup, a design company, while she was senior in college. When the company was bought out, she transitioned into tyhe world of advertising, working with ethnic media. Her career then look her to a successful run at E! Online, until she met her current business Chad Hahn and started Square One Solutions, Doris worked as a computer and art design freelancer in the Los Angeles area. Doris is a graduate of UCLA,Magna Cum Laude,with a degree in fine arts.

Preet Chandhoke, Director of Offshore Operations

Preet joins the team as our Director of Offshore Operations, managing our team of 25 programmers based in Delhi, India. Preet graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from University of Toronto, Canada. He brings to our team more than nine years of 'SmartSourcing' experience in building and managing our offshore technology arm.

Preet's creativity and innovative skills add to the strengths of our team. His commitment and zest to keep himself abreast with the latest developments in technology really inspires our development team to push the limits of traditional programming.
