Background

OnLife Health, formerly Gordian Health, is a subsidiary of Blue Cross Blue Shield of Tennessee.  They are a provider of preventative healthcare services to employers, focusing on a multi-pronged delivery model -- offline through phone support and personal coaching, and online through their website.  The existing online coaching portal was full of features, but after years of adding functionality to the website piece by piece, the user experience began to significantly break down to the point where users would get lost in the site and give up alltogether.

Our Solution

Square One engaged with OnLife to perform a full strategic review of their business model and create an online experience that supports the new preventative healthcare strategy at the company.  We performed a complete information rearchitecture for the portal and went through each feature of the website, completing a full user experience design review.  Then we created a fresh, new graphic design that followed the new branding strategy at OnLife. The result was an exciting, engaging new website that, according to OnLife Health, breezed through the shortest user acceptance testing in the history of the organization.
