  We believe in continuous collaboration with the key stakeholders. We believe in face-to-face communication to establish trust and comfort, then follow through with multiple conference calls and web meetings to facilitate each iteration of our project.

  We believe in timeboxed iterations that last between two to four weeks, delivering tangible results at the end of each cycle. We tackle the most challenging requirements first because we believe success depends on overcoming the biggest unknowns as early as possible.

• We Focus on Personas and Scenarios…

  To understand how an application will be used, we follow the Cooper Method and establish personas based on your target audience. Then we identify key application usage scenarios for each persona.

• …then We Visualize the Application with Simulations

  People see applications, they don’t read them, and that is why we document flows and requirements using iRise simulations, which allow a user to interact with an application before any code is written. 

We Understand the Importance of Testing

Simply architecting and designing a solution is not enough. We understand the important of user acceptance and visual testing. After all, a project is not a success unless the target audience accepts the results.
